Last updated: June 10, 2026
General rule
You may use Loreto Sites only for lawful, authorized, and appropriate purposes. You may not use the service in a way that harms the platform, other users, visitors, third parties, or Loreto Media LLC.
Prohibited content and activity
You may not upload, import, publish, transmit, or support content or activity that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit involving minors, invasive of privacy, or designed to promote violence or illegal activity.
You may not infringe or misappropriate copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, contract rights, or other rights of any person or organization.
You may not publish malware, phishing pages, credential harvesting flows, malicious redirects, spam, deceptive fundraising, fraudulent forms, or content that impersonates another organization without authorization.
Security and platform integrity
You may not probe, scan, attack, overload, bypass, reverse engineer, scrape in violation of technical controls, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to Loreto Sites, Customer Sites, accounts, systems, data, or networks.
You may not use bots, scripts, or automated traffic in a way that harms service availability or violates rate limits, security controls, or usage boundaries.
Email, forms, and communications
You may not use Loreto Sites forms, email features, support workflows, or published websites to send spam, misleading communications, unsolicited commercial messages, unlawful fundraising solicitations, or messages that violate consent or anti-spam requirements.
Minors and sensitive information
You may not upload or publish sensitive information about minors, students, families, staff, parishioners, donors, or visitors unless you have the necessary authority, consent, and safeguards. Customers are responsible for following school, parish, diocesan, ministry, and legal policies that apply to minors and sensitive information.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, disable public pages, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, notify affected Customers, contact law enforcement, or terminate access when reasonably necessary.
We are not obligated to monitor all content, and failure to enforce this policy in one situation does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse, security issues, infringement, phishing, or unlawful content to support@ostendere.com. Include the URL, description, contact information, and any relevant evidence.
